3. Schneiderlin needed more: the Frenchman was an unused substitute against Arsenal: a game united lost the midfield battle, lacking an effective and mobile defensive midfielder. Against Everton, he showed what United lacked in the Arsenal loss. He was a perfect shield for the back four, and was constantly breaking the opposition's flow and play. Not afraid to make an important tackle. Van Gaal needs to play him more.
