Van Gaal : Depay must learn from Di Maria

Manchester united manager Van Gaal has warned fellow country man and new signing Memphis Depay to learn from  Di Maria's episode at Manchester united.
Depay joined united this summer for  £25m and came with a lot of promise, and joy to the fans. A lot of  fans relishing the past, when united had fast, pacey, sharp and trickish winger with goals in them. His talent though undeniable, the winger seems to be failing to adapt to the Premier League, when he has all the physical qualities to.

His lifestyle off the pitch has been flashy as he seem to be very social and outgoing.
Assistant manager and former winger himself Ryan Giggs has had to speak to him about his lifestyle.
But now the winger is getting the warning from the gaffer himself.
Van was quoted as saying “Ryan has already given advice to him but the player is responsible for his own deeds,” said Van Gaal.
“You have to give respect to your team philosophy. We have seen that some players cannot adapt to the team philosophy you cannot know in advance before you buy them. You have to wait and see.”
He continued "You have to wait and see. That happened with Angel di Maria and Falcao". With the manager referring to two players who left united after their first season at Old Trafford. Though Falcao joined on loan, with a possibility of an extension.
Depay has scored one Premier League goal for united this season was an unused substitute in United's 3-0 victory over Everton at Goodison park.
