Marouane Fellaini facing three match ban after FA violent conduct charge

The Manchester United midfielder and Leicester City defender Robert Huth have been charged by the FA for violent conduct.

This follows an incident in the first half when both teams meet at Old Trafford, where Fellaini was caught on camera elbowing Huth, after the defender pulled Fellaini's hair.

The duo have until 6pm of Wednesday 4-5-2016 to respond to the charge.

An official statement from the FA reads thus:

"Marouane Fellaini and Robert Huth have both been charged for alleged acts of violent conduct which were not seen by the match officials but caught on video."

Fellaini will miss three matches if he decides to accept the charge.

He however  faces missing up to four matches (which would include the FA Cup finals) if he decides to appeal and is found guilty.

Leicester City on their path have nothing to lose, if Huth is banned as they've already won the League.
