Another Manchester United youngster set for new deal

Manchester United are set to offer young versatile defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah a new deal.

This is coming days after the club offered contract extension and increased the remuneration of  fellow academy graduates Marcus Rashford and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson.

The 18 year old made his debut in the 3-2 win over Arsenal in February and appeared ten (10) times for the first team last season.

He is versatile and can play across all positions in the defense line, and can also play as a midfielder.

United are preparing a new four year deal, with the possibility of an extension for a year, similar to the new deal offered to Rashford and Borthwick-Jackson.

His versatility and strength will help him thrive under Mourinho, though it remains to be seen what plans the new United manager has got for him.
