The Newcastle legend can't see the Belgian escaping FA action after he was caught on camera elbowing the Leicester defender.
The incident happened in the first half, as United were about to take a corner kick. But referee Mark Oliver didn't see it.
Tottenham's Dele Alli got a three match suspension for a similar incident in their game against West Brom, and Shearer can't see the FA overlooking the Fellaini case.
"Marouane Fellaini will get reported to the FA, If you compare that to Dele Alli then he he will get,banned." He said on the BBC after the game.
