United tell Mourinho to wait for twelve more months: plan on keeping Van Gaal - Report

This is a news that won't go down well with most Manchester United fans.

Untied have asked José Mourinho to wait for another twelve month before he'll be appointed as United manager. This according to The Sun.

The Portuguese is the fans favorite to replace Van Gaal, but the United board appear reluctant in sacking the Dutchman.

Vice chairman Ed. Woodward is contemplating keeping Van Gaal for the third year, which will be his last season.

And has thus reached out to Mourinho's camp suggesting a wait for the former Chelsea boss.

The postulate is that Mourinho takes a one season offer in the Chinese Super League before making the Old Trafford switch.

Mourinho has opened up on his desire to return to management in the summer, and with United dilly dallying on the decision to appoint him, he will sure get a job in another club

A coach of Mourinho's status will not be short of offers.
