Manchester United's current assistant manager Ryan Giggs is reportedly ready to walk out of the club is José Mourinho is appointed manager.
The club legend is in the running on who will replace Van Gaal.
José Mourinho looks the most likely person, but according to the Mirror, pals of Ryan Giggs from the class of '92 are advising the former Welsh winger to quit the club if not appointed the next manager.
Giggs was David Moyes' assistant manager and has assumed the position under Van Gaal. The United legend may not be prepared for another tenure as the club's number two.
